Training Interventions done with State Governments of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh - 

We have provided training to students in the areas of basic English (written and spoken), behavioural skills, basic skills in customer service and other softer areas to make them more effective in life situations as well as more employable helping them get jobs in various sectors like retail, BPO, sales in BFSI and FMCG/Consumer goods etc. 75% placement is guaranteed.

 

Projects Executed/Under Way

  1. Training and placing underprivileged candidates in Delhi, under grant money from Delhi Government.
  2. Training and placing underprivileged Class X and XII candidates in Bihar, under grant money from World Bank.
  3. Training and placing BPL beneficiaries in Madhya Pradesh for jobs in Retail sector, Sales, Domestic BPOs etc., under grant money from MAPCET (Madhya Pradesh Centre for Employment and Training).
  4. Training and placing BPL and APL (At Poverty Line) beneficiaries for jobs in Retail sector, Sales, Domestic BPOs etc, under grant money from Uttar Pradesh government.
  5. Training and placing slum dwellers in Delhi (Shahadra) for jobs in retail sector, under a ‘soft loan’ from a local MFI.
  6. Training and placing college students from rural and semi-urban areas in various colleges in NCR, Rajasthan, UP, Punjab and MP.

In all these, minimum commitment is of 75% placement, and all placements above government regulated minimum wages.

The Core training modules (over 6-8 weeks) have been designed with the help of hiring partners and typically include:

  • Ethics
  • Attitude
  • Behavioural skills
  • Personal Grooming/Presentation Skills
  • Business Communication/Spoken English
  • Selling & Customer Service Skills
  • Functional and Domain knowledge (like Retail etc.)
